Wait a minute? Take all the time it takes to count ALL the votes.

Posted on 11/06/2012 9:12:12 PM PST by diverteach

ALL the votes MUST be counted and they have not yet been.

EVERYONE predicted a very tight race and that is indeed what we have here.

What hasn't been counted and usually ISN'T counted UNLESS it's so close that it necessitates? ABSENTEE AND PROVISIONAL ballots.

Romney better NOT concede until ALL these votes are counted.

I’m looking at all the uncounted votes. I may be crazy, but it doesn’t look like it is over yet. Yes, it’s bad, but can we project for sure that the assumed outcome is correct?

Dollars to doughnuts the total votes cast in this race are substantially fewer than were cast in 2008. At the same time Romney will be shown to have done just a bit better than McCain, but not as good as "W".

Fundamentally, as I described the situation months ago, this was a RACE TO THE BOTTOM by a couple of only marginally likeable candidates. This is the result you get.

I wonder how many thousands of votes in the ever so close swing states were “lost” and will NEVER be counted because the ballots were never sent to our service members currently out of the country???

If we do not wish to lose our freedom, we must learn to tolerate our
neighbor’s right to freedom even though he might express that freedom
in a manner we consider to be eccentric.

The final tally of total votes counted:
2012 -— ???
2008 -— 131.3 million
2004 -— 122.3 million

So, I know it is anecdotal, but if early voting was unusually high as reported, and there were long lines of several hours duration at most polling places today as reported, and it was bigger than anyone could remember -— then where did all the votes go???

I know that our County had voted >33% of registered voters in early voting -— a substantial increase from earlier elections even given that as Texas voters there was little if any chance that Obama was going to win here.

So if a smaller percentage of Obama voters actually voted compared to 2008 as reported, and the Republicans/conservatives were fired up and came out big time to vote by a big percentage increase as reported, and the percentage of registered Republicans had increased as reported, and the undecideds favored Mitt by a 12% margin as reported -— where did all the votes go???

If Mitt rallies were 10,000/20,000/30,000 people while Obama spoke to half empty small venues -— where did all the votes go???

Zigfield couldn’t have crafted a better Dog and Pony Show than this election..

First; ALL conservative candidates were harshly rejected and a Mass. liberal that invented Romney-care was chosen instead..

Second; The debates were choreographed like a musical with rhetorical dancing.. so Myth could save face..

Third; Polls were manipulated like a Self only sex for dummys manual..

Forth; Election night seemed scripted to match the plot..

**Note; I am extremely not amused..

The bottom line is that all of the GOP candidates sucked, it was a matter of picking the one that sucked the least.....there wasn’t a candidate that mustered enough of a consensus, other than Mitt, and that was by default, they all had flaws, and none of them could significantly distance themselves from the others, so we got stuck with the “safe” choice in Mitt.

ALL candidates have flaws.. always will..
Myth had good hair.. his ONLY virtue.. and many flaws..
Most republicans seem to be morons.. not all but most..
Proof; selecting Myth as candidate..
