Do you think any liberals are nervous tonight? (Vanity)

Posted on 11/05/2012 3:50:05 PM PST by MNDude

Personally, I have been a little anxious about the election tomorrow.

I watch Dick Morris's predictions and I feel pretty good. But then I check out DemocratUnderground, and it looks like those guys are REALLY confident that Obama's going to win tomorrow. They are so confident, that in fact, it sort of hurt some of my own confidence that Romney's going to win tomorrow. It looks like they have their own gurus and oracles that they quote, and they sure feel good about their chances.

What do you guys think? Do you think these liberals are all 100% confidence or do you think a few might be a little anxious too?

If anyone has an personal stories about an anxious liberal they know, please share!

It’s not just Obama that needs to be beat. We need a majority in the Senate.

My liberal neice did a posting on FaceBook intending to console Romney voters that life will still go on with another four years of Obama. I’d say she’s confident.

I have not found a liberal who is worried at all. They know they have double the votes...since they vote so twice....seriously, I’m more worried than they are....it’s not a shoe in at all.....

I’m in the Bay Area in CA. I *never* get to see or hear positive messages about the GOP. And people wonder why I have a pessimistic view of most national elections.

Yup.

If there is any Democrat in any contested race anywhere - be it dogcatcher, sheriff, city commissioner, county commissioner, state senator or representative, congresscritter, senator, or president, they need to be worried because they are likely to be replaced before tomorrow is done.

They're all on crack, who cares.

They believe nonsense like this:

Nate Silver - Obama 86.3% - Romney 13.7%

Analysis from Brit Hume and Chris Wallace.

“If the turnout is 2008’s D+7, Obama wins. If it’s more than that, Obama wins. If it’s D+4, D+3, or a Republican advantage, Obama is toast.”

Let me ask you a question...

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE 2008 TO YOU????!!!

I think for the most part they are in their nice warm cocoon like bubble. It’s gonna be pretty chilly when it pops about 8:30 - 9:00 tomorrow evening.

Put yourself in their shoes...Would you be honestly confident if your incumbent couldnt get to 50% and Benghazi and “vote for revenge” hanging over your candidate’s campaign? They would be trying to appear confident if Romney were ahead by 60 points in the polls. Don’t be surprised by their bluster. Axelrod said that Romney was panicked because he campaigned in PA, yet Obama is in Iowa today. A month ago Iowa was supposed to be in the bag for Obama. I’m not buying it, I’m cautiously optimistic, but not at all impressed by the liberals’ noise.

Fox ran a story that Obama is feeling nostalgic and asked several of his former staff to ride with him on AF! these last few campaign stops. Then they announced he will not be campaigning tomorrow but playing B-Ball instead.

That doesn't sound like the actions of a winning Candidate to me in the last hours of a campaign.

ANY Democrat pretending to be confident is just plain stupid and clearly drinking Obama’s kool-aid. Obama campaign this afternoon told them not to get discouraged when they start hearing the actual vote numbers coming in tomorrow. Why? Not because those numbers are inaccurate — they are — but because they still want Dems in the west to turn out so Obama doesn’t get smoked in the popular vote too. Obama pushing the head fake to discourage Republican turnout. Chicago pulled out all the stops, including psy-ops. Say your prayers tonight and rest easy. Tomorrow will be a good day for the good guys.
