With just one day left before the polls open, Democrats have settled on a closing message to the 2012 campaign that portrays the Obama presidency as a brief moment of enlightenment in America’s bleak past and future.
America used to be a place of economic, racial, and sexual oppression--and it would be again, Democrats argue, if the country turned to Romney instead of rewarding Obama with a second term in office.
That is what Obama means when he invokes the repeated refrain--“We’ve come too far to turn back now.”

this sounds disturbingly like “I died for your sins”.
It sounds like the pulling of the race card.
I agree with Obama that we have gone too far. But I hope and pray that we haven’t gone too far past the point of no return.
Only Jesus can save me.
Waiting for MSM to ask Obama:
“From whom are you seeking “revenge”, and “revenge” for what?”
“And don’t give us the “poor choice of words” excuse, as you have now said it TWICE!”
When I look back, I will remember ogimmie’s four years in office as the evil past.
The MSM will not ask because they know the answer to the question. I think it involves anyone without a “D” behind their names. Maybe those FEMA Camps will come in handy.
Not too worried about FEMA camps, as I’ll never see one.
