Maybe if everyone on FR did so, the entire site would be speeded up enough to make the message board more usable during heavy traffic periods.

Perhaps if they could suspend the FREEPATHON built-in delays for the election, it would help?

I don’t know how difficult it would be for the mods to send a blanket freepmail to every freeper asking them to disable their blocks, but if there’s a way to do it, it could help alot.

This is the first I’ve ever heard of Waterfox. Can anyone give a newbie a brief synopsis of it and how well it performs?

Warning this race is closer than we wish it to be. Obama may still be re-elected, just a friendly reminder. Things may be so bad the last four years thru election day, that too many voters may be more afraid to elect Romney than to vote out Obama. JMHO FR will likely be down/very slow to moderate slow late Mon PM EST thru early WED PM EST.

I have no knowledge of programing but it seems to me that could be done at the site thus eliminating the option especially if it helps to speed up the turn around process for all users.
You’re “Godfrey Daniel” right I like griping.....especially when my favoritest site in the whole world just sits their like jelly on a bun and goes to white screen for important events. WUWT? I should just go away and not say anything? Come on. Oh, wait, is the speed directly proportional to the amount donated? Yikes!

Isn't it supposed to be the other way round? Prove you have a good product and people will buy.
Your suggestion is "Pay us and we might have something that will work".
