When PA Colored Red, $190 Dom Perignon Worth It?

Posted on 11/04/2012 10:03:10 AM PST by SarahPalin2012

I'm not a drinker, but want to do something special for when PA goes red. Jay Cost (who is the true sage of politics and I think lives in PA), is not formally calling it but reading between the lines I think he thinks we may win. Local Fresh Market has the Dom Perignon (which I've never tried) for $190. Should I?

I’d spend the money on more utilitarian things.
No matter who wins, in a lot of these areas things are going to get ‘interesting’.

It is delicious, but I like Bakon Vodka! So do the pups LOL! Seriously, We have a aviary home here in NEPAL, and the one Bozo sign is far outnumbered by RR signs...I do believe this Nation is waking up...

If you aren’t a frequent Champagne drinker, you won’t be able to tell the difference between that and a $50 bottle.

Below $50, there is a marked difference so I wouldn’t go any lower.

Note: In countries outside the USA (and in some cases within the USA), Champagne is labelled “Brut.” This is due to a worldwide agreement, which the USA is not a party to, that “Champagne” can only be applied to sparkling wines from grapes from the Champagne region of France.

I would pocket the $100 and go maybe $90.

“Come quickly! I am drinking the stars!” ~ Dom Perignon

I’m with the bunch that would rather buy more ammo, but a treat like this would probably be well worth it IF we win.

If we don’t, I would then save it for another historic event in your life and drown your sorrows Tuesday night in Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. ;)
