This reminds me of 2000!

Posted on 11/03/2012 10:25:21 PM PDT by jacksonstate

I was here in 2000 when Gore vs Bush was such a battle. I gathered my family and we went to every rally we could find in support of George Bush. I hope and pray that this election does not come down to that. That election is what brought me to Freerepublic. Those that were here with me please post up those memories.

VOTER FRAUD: N.C. Democrat admits he’s voted 4 times already and will vote again on election day

This guy thought he could get away with bragging about it on Facebook.

It's now a national story.

I joined in 1998 but I remember running the statistics during the recount that showed that Gore could never get more votes than Bush. I also remember that I said that many retirees that wanted to vote for Gore (enough to beat Bush) voted instead for Pat Buchanan due to a foul up by some Democrat precinct workers. So sad.

It reminds me of 1980. The Americans are about to have another tantrum, and throw Obama out.

It seems Americans have a short memory. Every so often they forget how awful Democratic Presidents are and elect one. Usually they throw them out after the 1st term. Course this one is in a class unlike any we’ve seen before.

Republican Congress,Ross Poirot, and Clinton pivot saved the bent one, and he got a 2cnd term.

I am praying this is more like 1980 and not 2000.

We're voting a failed, Marxist incumbent OUT!

Think about it. In 2000, the presidency was open: no incumbent.

The lamestream screwed-up, (mis-called Florida for the bore); corrected itself, but algore got stubborn and the rest is history..

Never want to go through another 2000.

I was 21, and if I was a drinker, I would have had the mother of all benders.

1980, and just as Tom Brokaw pointed out (around 1:50 mark) nobody was calling for Reagan to win big either.

From my perch here in my little North Georgia town, I can see 1980.

Ah, memories. I was one of the Freepers outside of Gore’s mansion during that election fiasco.

VOTER FRAUD: N.C. Democrat admits he’s voted 4 times already and will vote again on election day

Without looking, I'd almost bet it is one of holder's people, and holder said there is no voter fraud.
