That would fix the problem if ignorance or carelessness were the cause.
An increasing percentage of cops seem to *enjoy* shooting dogs and assaulting law-abiding citizens.
Sick.
Took them 20 years to finally catch the guy who did it and leave us alone.
Oh gee, everyone should feel so relieved that justice will be done, they proclaim it right there.
Let’s not forget a case in Texas where the SWAT sissies formed a circular firing squad around a house and one of them had a negligent discharge and the rest starting firing wildly. At least one cop was killed. They then arrested the homeowner and charged him with murder even after the investigation proved he couldn’t have possibly killed the officer as he didn’t have a weapon of that caliber but the cops did. The cops simply killed one of their own through stupidity. The DA finally had to release the man, but not after trying their damndest to prosecute him.
A scene crying out for the Benny Hill Yakkety Sax tune if ever there was one.
” He was just stupid.”
Stupid and armed don’t go together well.
It is a shame the dog didn’t “accidentally” rip this bastard from limb to limb and then the homeowner “accidentally” double tap the red, blue, and purple mess.
I’m sorry you dealt with that harassment for so long.
At least you know which two officers are trustworthy and honorable. We need more like them.
Yeah.
One is in PA, the other is NY.
But for that entire time, it didn’t matter what you did or DIDN’T do.
If they felt you needed to be bothered, they would bother you and hope you did something to justify worse than mere handcuffing and verbal hararassment.
“We had reports/we heard/we received a call..”
Heard it all before.
As they seem to do more and more these days.
Oh hell, grew up with lots of “stupid and armed”. Somehow very few did not survive and that fact amazed many of us.
