Well, the SUN moves, on average, 15 degrees per hour, but since it moves through the sky of “fixed stars” towards the west, they complete about 366.25 revolutions in the time that the sun completes 365.25 revolutions. This means they complete a revolution in a mere 365.25/366.25 of 24 hours or 23 hours 56 minutes 4 seconds ... just to be accurate. This IS astronomy!
