Best part of the evening was when Cardinal Dolan walked out and prayed for the unborn. A hero. He walked into the end of a celebration of abortion and prayed for the defenseless. Praise God. Obama walked off and didn't remain for the prayer, of course. I heard Dolan was booed. Caroline Kennedy, a supposed Catholic, spoke earlier in favor of abortion. May God work a miracle in her heart.
Rise and Shine! 59 Days till we throw the bum out!
Queen Elizabeth participates in Empty Chair Day, selects a chair for the lawn of Buckingham Palace. Did Obama diss the Britts last night? Must have.
I grow weary of the fictive vitriol of the Leftists.
OMG! I missed that because I wasn't watching the fictive pres'ent spin his fictitious version of our nation and the job he has done dis-mantling it. I would have loved to have heard Cardinal Dolan.
Fictive.
You rang?
Yesterday was our first full day back from our trip to settle my mom. We were driving down a street in a nearby town and there was an empty Adirondack chair sitting on a lot with a sign nearby. I made my husband turn the car around so I could read the sign because I thought it was some sort of political statement. Alas, I think it was just instruction to landscapers who had cut all the brush in preparation for building a new house.
I tried out my new Paul Ryan “Math” shirtyesterday and got lots of thumbs up.
If you were watching CSPAN you heard it, most networks dropped it before Dolan. Not sure about FOX.
I saw a vid of it, try googling it.
Caption the Queen: “WHO did THAT in that chair?!!!”
Nah, she’s saying “THIS is the chair I want on the lawn for Empty Chair Day!”
I hear ya, I watched all 3 nights of the DNC....gag me. I took a long hot shower this morning. A+
Not only did he pray for the unborn, he also prayed for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan! Right in the belly of the beast! LOL.
You can say what you want about Cardinal dolan, but you can’t say that he doesn’t have a sense of humor!
O’s record as leader is fictive-
With Congress he’s outright vindictive.
If he gets four more years,
It could clinch all our fears
That his power would be unrestrictive.
The unemployment rate just went down to 8.1% but thats because over 350,000 more people dropped out of the workforce.
I wonder what the revision downward will be next week.....
Fictive
Now here’s an easy one. Atkinsonville Intergallactic Airways built their own airplane from the school bus they were using but it was de-fictive.
nothing fictive in Cardinal Dolan’s prayer.
Well, I would always wish that the past 4 years have been a fictive of my imagination, but its really been a nightmore.
Fictive hope, a travesty,
Victims hope the end to see,
Of golfing work days,
We toil while he plays,
Yet money is what he begs from me.
Morning, Tioga! How goes it?
A++
They showed the Cardinal on Fox News.
A+++Bleak. The unemployed have plenty of time to vote.
And maybe they can join the Romney/Ryan get out the vote efforts......
He was awesome. 0 walked off the stage. Many bowed their heads, but there were reportedly boos. Was proud to be Catholic last night.
A+++ Hopeful. 0 tanked last night. Cardinal Dolan made my night.
Of course it was. A+++
A+++ Help is coming.
You are to be commended for having the strength to watch that babble..... I watched football Wednesday and Thursday nights.
The Democrats were easier to stomach than Pitt!
I thought of you last night while watching the game.
I was working late. I got to the hotel in time to see Pitt make a field goal. Then they had a nice recap of Pitt turnovers and running out of time to end the first half.
I went for a bucket of ice and came back to find another Cincy TD on the board.
That was enough.
Speaking of Pitt, how about those Penguins last week!
:)
I enjoy watching, even when I don’t have a connection to either team. Of course you and Xs have the Pitt connection and I can’t think of anyone who is a Cin fan - is there anyone here?

Language warning, but interesting review
From what I have read, the dems talked more about abortion than anything else, unless they feel the money exchanged for the murder of babies will stimulate the economy. Somewhere along the line as I read little snippits I picked up on someone saying they should be renamed the D&C.
Feminists of that stripe have devalued women to the point of just being a vagina. Nothing more.
I think I saw that on twitter. Sad but funny at the same time.
I marvel at the strong feminist who goes into writer’s block for six months based on an acquaintence’s name for her choice of pasta.
And I literally LOL’d at the wooly mammoth line.
Rush has to stop playing the Obama speech, he’s boring me.
OMG, it sounds like WW3 could erupt at any minute. If the American Jews vote for Obama they are just plain too stupid for words. A+++
Yea, I heard that. I got hopping mad when he said how he knew about troops not being welcomed home. Why is that even relevant today? And didn’t HE sell out his country to betray his own fellow soldiers? He did. I actually swore at him and paced back and forth in anger. Forgot most of the rest of his babble. It’s still making me mad when I think about it. /soapbox
A+++ Sarah has more class than that boytoy will ever have. And she is miles classier than the jerk he picked for sure.
I was enjoying Rush just fine....it was taking my mind off my dog. I took her to a new groomer. They said I cannot bring her back. She is too frail and they think she needs to go to her vet to be groomed. She needs sedation so she doesn’t suffer. I wanted to cry. Missy looks pretty good now. Groomer described spells of heavy labored breathing, which I had noticed. I thought it had improved lately. Hadn’t seen it in awhile. Guess not.
oh, that’s FUNNY! D&C. Priceless.
It takes either a lot of nerve or monumental stupidity to ask to be re-elected when he has ruined the economy for years to come...
The democrats’ sideshow is over,
With all of the fictive speeches-
The narcissists have gone home
And bussed their welfare leeches
Back to Chicago, or wheverever
They spread around some cash
In whatever alleys and union halls
They could find political trash
Everyone needs to be smart enough
Not to vote them another spree
Of handing out and spending money
That they took from you and me
The end times are surely imminent when a Cardinal gets booed for praying for ANYONE...
“devalued women”-when I was in college, any man who did that had his character assassinated in print or gossip before the echo of his words had died away. Now, jealous, bitter females do it to the rest of us.
If there could be a good result of the pro abortion, antiu kid festivals being held, it would be that at least liberals are reproducing at a rate much lower than conservatives are...
