Biden Performance Inspires Demand for New Constitutional Amendment
Vanity ^ | August 16, 2012 | Kenny Bunk

It has become obvious to 47.4 and a rapidly growing % of the American Public that our nation is saddled, encumbered, and bemused by Joe Biden because of a Constitutional Loophole. Let's face facts here, OK? Joe (Joey Plugs) Biden rose to national prominence and became our VP ONLY because of a momentary lapse in the Founding Fathers' geographical acumen and their lack of sophisticated polling data.

The FFs gave EVERY original state 2 Senators and a number of House reps based on population without stopping to consider two incontrovertible facts.
(1) Rhode Island and Delaware combined are smaller than a respectable Nebraska feedlot.
(2) The populations of both were to become mentally challenged over the years through inbreeding. (Suggest we pardon the FF's on that one. Who could have known?)

But we digress. Delaware is under the microscope. Has no one noticed the family resemblance between Frank (Chicken-Man) Purdue and Joe (Joey Plugs) Biden? Delaware is largely inhabited on the white side of the tracks by inbred people whose gene pool must, must I say, have included a domestic poultry gene somewhere. I mean just look at them!

Biden relatives and genetically associated clans, according to a scientific genetic analysis conducted by WND, form 61% of the white population of Delaware, and 13.7% of those of other races. All of them voted for their kin, Cousin Plugs. Possibly they wanted to keep him away from home for most of the week. (He commuted by train to DC) after he became known for continually presenting himself at public events while experimenting with ethanol power. This too, had a genetic component. Joey Plugs was from a wealthy family, but his father drank up most of the inheritance.
His medical history is also most impressive. People forget that Plugs was successfully operated on TWICE for brain problems and also an equally successful hair transplant. But he ain't been right since. But he didn't always appear quite so stupid as he does now. He has always been rather ignorant (and silly), but until recently he had been pretty good on his feet if the audience didn't much care for factual info.

Unfortunately, we have always had people like Biden in the Senate for Delaware (and Chaffee in Rhode Island) because, until now, no one could be found to support

The Kenny Bunk Constitutional Amendment

"Whereas the so-called "states" of Rhode Island and Delaware, combined no larger than a decent-sized truck stop parking lot, and are, by scrupulous scientific observation, obviously inhabited by dolts, it is hereby decreed that BOTH of these risible low-lying rump areas be represented by 1 (one) Representative in the House and 1 (one) Senator. Rather than waste time and money; or risk international ridicule by a public election, both of these posts shall be filled by Mr. Kenny Bunk of Livermore Falls, Maine, providing that such service does not conflict with hunting seasons, or the landlocked salmon run, in such case, Mr. Bunk may appoint and assign 2 pro-tem legislators selected by lottery from the bar at either the Bangor Elks, or Livermore Falls VFW."

An affable guy, Mr. Bunk is also willing to compromise. he will forgo the post and allow a Committee of FReepers, selected by Ms. Sarah Palin, or Jim Robinson, to name the person to fulfill this important Constitutional role.

The cause was making good progress until somehow, a strange Marxist Mulatto from Mombasa assumed Residency at the WH. This distraction caused efforts at the time to fall apart. But, with the support of the FReeper community, I am sure it can be carried.

Our proud nation need be embarrassed no further!

RI and DE have more folks than WY and MT. Be careful what you wish for.

How about the reverse coin where two senators representative the massive population of California? And how many conservatives reside over there, swimming in a sea of liberalism?

I hear you with the sarcasm about inbreeding...chuckle.

but for let say a state like Wyoming with lots of land but not enough people for 2 congressmen... you start pushing a constitutional amendment about metering out Senators, it will be the low population states that would suffer.

but of course as your sarcasm implied you were just trying to make a point.

Listen up Cowboy!

I told you I would compromise. We can move the state capital of both of these rump states to Montana. Problem solved, Dude!

Suggest the Bar at the Rialto in Helena. But I am wide open to a Wyoming location, too.

The FFs gave EVERY original state 2 Senators and a number of House reps based on population without stopping to consider two incontrovertible facts.

Actually thy knew exactly what they were doing and the two houses of congress was a compromise to get both the small and large states on-board to accept the constitution. The small states wanted every state to have equal representation, the large states argued that equal representation would give the small states an excessive amount of power at the expense of the large states. They favored representation based on population, but the small states argued that they would then be dominated by the most populous states. The compromise was two houses of congress, The Senate based on equal representation and the House based on population.

Thor, your geography is faulty. California is part of Aztlán and serves as the capital of the Third World* It should therefore have NO representation in Congress, where business is conducted in English.

However, in the spirit of compromise, I suggest that California be re-admitted to the Union when they elect a fiscally conservative Mexican Republican as Governor who is not currently involved in a gay relationship.

Except for Knotts' Berry Farm.

Exactly as you state, my scholarly friend!

However, my assiduous perusal of the Federalist Papers and Ben Franklin's billets doux to Martha Washington have convinced me beyond any shadow of historical doubt, that those gentlemen were not thinking of ragtag and bobtail outfits like Delaware and Rhode Island.

Hell, they couldn't think of everything. They even ignored Maine and Vermont!

Joe Biden was repeatedly elected by tens of thousands of welfare votes from Wilmington. Most everyone in rural southern DE can’t stand this moron, but the numbers from the population centers in Northern DE carry the elections.

This proposed amendment is the work of genius!

Have you chaps not noticed that we shall have 3 open Senator slots which we can apportion among states we like that may be inhabited by actual Americans? Wyoming? Sure. Have another Senator!

As far as coolbreeze's problem goes, The good parts of Delaware can be sold to Maryland, where they need more Republicans to offset Baltimore vote fraud. Wilmington, since it already resembles Camden, might be transferred to New Jersey.

Think outside the box!

Never to be a defender of liberals or biden, but if I remember correctly he was born and raised in Pennsylvania.

The remainder of your contentions are pretty far out even here. It is a very slippery slope to start fundamentally to second guess our Founding Fathers, who look to be much better thinkers than 99.9% walking around today.

Well Spurt, I see you bought the "Joey from Scranton" story.

And I accept your well-deserved chastisement on the "slippery slope." It's just that I never connect the phrase "slippery slope" with the flat-as-a-board boglands of Rhode Island or Delaware, where any kind of slope would be welcome relief.

But as I say, I am willing to compromise. Let's combine both states into one new state, sort of like East and West Pakistan of the olden days, that way we could limit the damage these troglodytes might inflict in future.
