According to Rush, a caller told him that "Obama got the worst grades ever recorded at Harvard" but was carried through by bleeding-heart affirmative action liberals. Then, Rush says, the caller hung-up before Rush could ask him questions. Other listeners must have heard this. I mean, if Harry Reid can get a phone call telling him that Mitt Romney has never paid income tax, I can certainly also believe the Rush caller.
Since Obama refuses to release his college records his awful grades may be a reason, so this story has credibility.
I heard him, and I don’t think he’s being serious. He was making a point that Harry Reid is using the “someone told me...” strawman to get Romney to release his tax returns. He’s calling to question the veracity of Reid’s claim through absurdity. He’s very good at that.
I was told he never actually attended classes at accidental or hotard. He needs to provide his transcripts to prove otherwise. Until then I am. It even certain he graduated from aloha high school.

This is like when disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner claimed that his cellphone was hacked, and then everyone demanded that the FBI investigate because we can't have the phones of Congressmen getting hacked.
If Reid claims that Romney didn't pay taxes, then Reid needs to go to the IRS, not the Huffington Post.

My understanding is most graduate courses are pass-fail, with fail being a real rare occurrence as long as the money is paid on time.
As far as grades, you ought to see what a HS graduate from Ga public schools is capable of doing. It isn’t uncommon for a HS graduate Valedictorian to be required to take “learning support” classes before they are allowed to take real, college level classes. Back in the day the word was “remedial” not “learning support”.

He’s demonstrating how easy it is to call to question a Liberal Democrat’s motives. Simply create a parallel straw man argument.
Reid is now admitting that he’s party to someone’s felony. He says he knows that Romney is committing a felony. If that’s the case, it’s his duty as a lawmaker to bring Romney to justice. If he has this knowledge, he needs to inform the FBI and the IRS to bring Romney to justice. Otherwise he’s aiding and abetting a felon.
We all know that Reid has nothing and nothing will be done or said about this. The MSM is in the pocket of the Liberals. Thus, Harry Reid is nothing more than a liar.
Rush is demonstrating this by using the Obama transcripts argument to the point of being ludicrous. If this “caller” was telling the truth, then Obama should release his transcripts to show Limbaugh and the nation that it’s not true.

I also heard from someone Obama was the First Black Indian who attended Harvard. That’s a double affirmative. You don’t even have to study to pass.
While I believe The Disaster received poor grades, it is hard to believe no one in the history of that school (375 yrs) received as bad or worse grades.
So did these professors change Fs into Ds or Fs into Bs or what? Plenty of people have flunked out of Harvard when professors were honest.
I have NO doubt that The Disaster had horrible grades EVERYWHERE in his educational experience. Any prizes or accolades where just handed him without cause i.e. the Nobel “Peace” Prize forever tarnished by being given him for absolutely nothing.
As to the law license, he may very well have passed the Bar exam in Illinois since that seems to be on the up and up and the reason I say this is because Richie Daley had to take it three times before passing. This implies to me that, if the son of the most powerful politician in Illinois is failed, The Disaster may well have actually passed it. He would also have to have SOME knowledge of the law to have taught at the University of Chicago even on an adjunct basis.
Most grades at Harvard are literally anonymous ... exams have numbers, not names. Anyone who can pass the (also anonymous) Illinois bar can graduate from Harvard without any unfair help. (It ain’t that hard...)
All the Obama’s mysterious past stuff is loser talk. If we can’t get him for what he’s done publicly over the last eight years in DC, we ain’t getting him for what he secretly did or didn’t do twenty-five years or more ago.
Not true, at least not based on my experience in graduate school. I saw several students cut from graduate programs in their first semesters after failing to make the cut.
Graduate schools often have a very high bar to reach. My graduate program required that we maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. The expectation is that if you get into graduate school, you're serious about wanting the credentials and the knowledge it will bestow.
Your supposition does make sense, however, esp. in Ivy league schools considering the amount of money required for each course.
Speculation about the hidden past of any President is neither “loser talk” nor inappropriate. Basing a campaign on it is a different matter.

IMO, it may be worse than grades. His writings IE thesis etc, may be of anti American values and his Marxist/Socialist leanings.

Obama didn’t do that, he didn’t graduate from Harvard, someone helped him graduate. He could not have graduated without the help of liberal professors.
The grades on Obama’s transcript would not be awful, as if the caller is right a bunch of Liberal profs changed them all from Ds to As for him. Must be some other reason.

Not true, my 3.87 says differently. You do have the option of taking a class pass/fail, but it is not used in your graduation requirements.

It doesn’t matter to “those who worship him”. Have a relative who posted on FB (I didn’t see it since I don’t use FB. Another COSERVATIVE relative told me) that she will be proud to vote for obama again. If I WAS on FB I would post “I’ll be proud never to speak to that relative again”.
These people actually do worship obama and he can do no wrong as far as they’re concerned. They claim to be Christians then support abortion and same sex marriage.
Graduate school (at least at the University of CA during the 80s...) would give you an A through F grade. If you got less than a B - that was essentially an F.

He was the "President" of the Law Review, so he wasn't actually editing it. From what I heard, he was popular with the other students and knew how to work with various groups, so his election was probably due more to political skills than anything else.
However, he must have passed the exams to have graduated. Now, he may have got all Cs and Ds, but he has to have passed.
He was older than the other students and perhaps more disciplined. Perhaps he did a little better than average in his first year "black letter law" courses and did well in the legal theory electives he took in his last years at law school, and that got him through school and even on to the honor role.
What he may be hiding are bad grades at Columbia (or Occidental or Punahou). For all I know, he might have said he was born outside the country (though I doubt it), but it's not impossible that he did pretty well at Harvard, taking into account that he may have taken softer courses than other students (but not having his transcripts we can't be positive about that).

So I asked her, if the President is so brilliant, why won't he release any of his college transcripts? She answered by saying that the President doesn't release his transcripts because he is a modest man and doesn't want to show up all his critics with his awards and grades etc. "Otherwise," she asked, "how could he have become a Nobel Laureate...only Einsteins get Nobel prizes." Cross my heart.
