I have never seen anything so mean.
Number #15 was crowing #7 and right on her, I can see she is touching her!
#7 was just elbowing #15 as a means to say “get out of my space”. Then #15 throws a punch?
#15 does the same to #17 (sorry don’t know their names only Jersey numbers) crowds her then yanks her pony tail.
I challenge #15 to take me on....IN THE WOMEN’S ROLLER DERBY!!
We should ban soccer balls. Call Schumer.

Balls of any kind halve been banned in DC for a long rime.
I don’t think we saw the same video.
I have to disagree. The play starts with Wambach running in front. The Colombian girl closed from her right rear and initiated the contact. It does look like Wambach elbowed back, which is a natural reponse when you’re being bumped from behind, but Wambach never broke stride or looked back. It’s mechanically possible that the right cross could have been, as you suggest, a matter of the Colombian girl twisting and throwing her hands up to regain balance ... except that Wambach, who had never looked back, went down like a shot. So she was hit pretty hard.
This picture doesn’t really show the swelling all that well. I watched the game live and it was painfully obvious (no pun intended) before the game’s end.
Me either. Poor sportsmanship.
I’m sure she iced it pretty good before taking the picture. The video looked pretty painful.
Lets see you get punched, Rambo.
OK. Maybe you can punch the plate under my left eye back out for me.
It's a serious stretch from these nancy games to Rambo stuff, though.
I volunteer to do the punching.
Says the internet tuff guy.
It's girl's soccer...pull your panties out of your slit and calm down.
You’re the hero, again. By what stroke of fortune are we blessed with your presence?
Nobody does that to a Gator and gets away with it.
That’s right...Go Gators! Ryan Lochte is a Gator as well.
37 Gators in London, only USC sent more.
I had no idea we had that many...very impressive.
Not to mention that The Pride of the Sunshine Band is there as well.
Dana Vollmer too, who set a World Record in winning the 100m butterfly.
It’s great to be a Florida Gator.
