Is that why we’re having another drought here in Texas?
Where in Texas is there a drought this year? The Houston area is very close to the annual rainfall average and we aren’t even to June.
I dunno, looks to me in that picture that there's one huge round balloon of water in about northwestern Texas and New Mexico. Maybe if you run over to where it's sitting, and poke it real hard with a sharp pointy stick, you'll solve that there drought right quick.
