That city in the background at the very end had barbed wire fencing around it. It looked like a prison of some sorts with guard towers. Maybe thats where the group will live next season? Hopefully if they do there will be more people introduced into the show :)

You sir are correct! I've read the comic books, all 94 of them (which is how the Walking Dead started) and the Prison story arc happens after "Farmageddon".

What is nice about the TV show is the creators decided to make it different from the comic books. The Big Story seems to be the same (trying to survive ZOMPOC) but they changed some of the characters and smaller parts of the story so even if you have read all the comic books you aren't really sure just exactly how the TV series will work out.

I enjoy both immensely and I am not a big fan of comic books anymore but The Walking Dead Comic is sorta like an old pulp novel it has a charm about it at the same time a lot of drama and intensity that is rare in any form of modern story telling.
