Magic Johnson slam-dunked an alley-oop tossed up by Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Attorney General Eric Holder’s office in conjunction with the FCC. The sweet-heart play emerged from a back-door screen set by these Democrats against cable giant Comcast during its merger with NBCUniversal.

I can’t be the only person who has noticed the media, TV particularly, has been completely given over to Blacks.
More than once, I have skipped through all the roughly dozen channels I get off the air and found nothing but Blacks on every channel.

Well...actually...no they don't. They think they do but they do not.
In a Judge Napolitano vein...what if Comcast stood up and said 'no'? What if Congress pushed back? What if Comcast said, "Go for it and we'll use our millions to sue your ass."
Eventually the politicians would back down because it would come down to rule of law. And as yet there are no laws that would allow the pols to force Comcast to do any such thing as is illustrated in this article. So Comcast does the math and decides that losing a maximum of 18% of their audience is not that big a deal. The pukes in Congress wind up with no control.
Of course, when Comcast acts like pussies and caves at the first blow, it gives Congress all the power. Game over.

I’m sure both people watching the new mandated programs will thrilled and wee-wee themselves from excitement.
Sue for what? Comcast is probably operating in violation of hundreds of State and Federal laws and regulations that get "overlooked" right now. The only place they can go with their "no fear" is the same place Hank Reardon did.

* It’s a different world reruns
* NBA and NFL matches, past and present
Don’t forget “Cops”, the highest black percentage of any show on TV.
