Believe me, once you’ve been married and have to look at your spouse’s poker face year after year, it becomes dull and boring.

I wish Art Bell was doing the two-night 2012 shows instead of Ian.

Since my mother is unable to do so, my sister is telling me I need to get married before I get old.

My brother is 43 and has never been married.

After years and years of telling him that he should get married soon, my sister and I decided to stop when he turned 40 for two reasons:

1) He was a grown man himself, able to make his own decisions, and,

2) My sister and I were ourselves married in our early 30s and realized that after having kids and going through problems/issues pertaining to paying the bills, the house, etc. that married life is not what society and the glossy magazines tell you that it’s going to be. The harsh reality is that marriage is tough, every day.

He’s better off living with a gal (which he is), and they’re happy and healthy. Neither one wants kids.

I hope the "soothsayer" from the other night is not on again!

She feeeels that Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is going to save America. She complained that the media are unfair, the "real" OWS are patriotic intellectuals who want to return to the "real" America free of "evil" corporations and their paid "tea bagger" racist, dangerous gun-loving dupes who think it's great to shoot people.

She's a lefty (straight out of the 1960s Marxist-Alinsky spoiled brat crowd) and of course claims to be non-partisan and critical of both sides. The typical "I hate you and your kind, I'm objective and you're not" lefty.

The guest host had a local show somewhere and swooned all over her.

She did not say all those things on the air, some are from her web site.

The quintessential C2C guest. Lovin' Obama and lovin' OWS. Tellin' them lies about how evil corporations are usin' them “racist, hate-mongering, gun-totin’, murderin’ teabaggers” to destroy America.

And then claiming to be equally critical of both sides? Obama is wrong and it's Bush fault because Obama is doing the same as Bush!

BTW last night's C2C was great! They actually named Obama and named other Democrats as problems for America, leading the Country to tyranny! Not Bush, not Cheney -- Democrats! Obama, Pelosi are two named.

Wait 'til Noory and the producers get back.. they're going to be pissed.

I started listening to Bell (1980s) when he was doing the show in KDWN's Plaza Hotel studios. I recall that it was before the paranormal stuff. I heard him declare in the 1990s that he was libertarian.

Frankly I pretty much lost interest in him when he went nuts over the "global warming" stuff though he made it clear that he doubted that it was entirely man made nevertheless it was just we have to do something quick! Yell over and tell China, stop screaming about it at us, already!
