California Man.. Sperm Donations.. 14 Kids .. Feds order him to 'Zip it...'
He's a one man sperm bank.. And the Feds want him to stop.
36-year old Trent Arsenault lives in Northern California.
So far he's "fathered" 14 kids and has four more on the way.
But now.. the FDA wants him to stop. They've ordered him to 'shut it down.'
Arsenault says he's fighting the order - but he could face a $100,000 fine.

What's the process here? If he isn't having relations with the women, then isn't there a doctor or clinic involved to put seed and egg together? Or is he just running a 'cup and a turkey baster' type operation?
I have purposed this exact problem will occur in black communities where women have multiple children by multiple man..... I can easily see half siblings having children and not even have a clue they are blood related.... I whole generation of black Prince Charles ....
Wonder if he could be forced to pay child support for those children...name should not have been made public...another person that doesn’t look ahead to possible consequences in this day and age..

The answer is yes. Regardless of any prior contractual agreement between a known male sperm donor and a female recipient, the welfare of the child has been and continues to be the overriding concern in any court regarding child support, whether or not the sperm donor waived parental rights, and regardless of involvement in the child's life or no involvement. The sperm donor is on the hook legally if the mother decides to pursue it, if he is known.
That would be an awesome disincentive
Ah, that's the issue then.
If he worked 24 hours a day, he could not make enough money to support 14 kids...yikes...I would say he should zip it up now that his name is known....celebrity is not always good...:O)

The incidence of birth defects for unrelated couples is 0.00013, in other words 13 out of one hundred thousand. The incidence of birth defects for a pairing of brother and sister is 0.00015 or 15 out of one hundred thousand. serious genetic complications start showing up in the forth generation of inbreeding siblings, the seventh generation of inbreeding first cousins.
Keep in mind that every last one of us are cousins to one degree or another.
Of course your point about inbreeding to the fourth generation tells us what the hell is wrong with a lot of Islam...
I still say it would be one hell of a surprise to find out during a juneteenth celebration you are hooking up with your half sibling....just saying...
