Nope... I don't think so.

The thing, whatever it is, flies BEHIND the steeple. See the video at 1:25 for example.

Well, I'm not a believer, that is, I don't think UFOs are from outside the near-Earth environment. Certainly not from other planets, much less other stellar systems or galaxies.

Nevertheless, this is pretty cool, and intrigues me. If it's a bug, it's a really big, fast one to get behind the steeple and move that quickly.

I'm sticking with the bug theory (and not MIB bugs). When the video plays at normal speed, the visitor has the same flight characteristics as a bug at night around a bright light.

It looks like it goes behind the steeple, but it also looks like it makes hyper-leaps where it disappears then reappears a short distance further. I blame the camera or TV.

In a related matter, my neighbors wheels appear to reverse direction when traveling at high speed, so he might be using alien technology.
