Joshua Komisarjevsky has been found guilty of murder. Hopefully he'll be rewarded with death at the 10/24 sentencing

The other defendant got the death penalty but yes final justice always moves slowly

My understanding is that he tried the “I was there but didn’t participate” defense. As a former prosecutor and current defense attorney, I can say that in horrible murder cases like this, that defense never works.
