In this video commentary, I discuss the possibility of Obama pulling out of the presidential race. As the negative poll numbers pile up and his base desserts him, will Obama actually run? If he doesn’t who will? How will it impact the race?

The Dems might want him to leave, but I don’t see him going willingly.
As for Hillary, I think she’s nowhere near as strong as people seem to think, if only because she has been a complete nothing as SOS and obviously holds the position (which now seems to be completely powerless) just to keep her quiet.
The GOP has a number of candidates, which is more than you can say for the Dems (they’d haul out somebody from their past, such as Kerry), and it’s reasonable for there to be a shaking out going on. My only concern is that the strongest contender won’t get it, but that instead it will go to the one with the most money. In this case, that’s the least desirable candidate of all, Romney, who would most certainly lose the election.
Aside from the whole power lust, ego and live like a King thing,there is the fact that are so many scandals and criminal investigations that Obama and his cronies are using the full power of the Presidency and Executive Branch to keep a lid on that this crew simply cannot allow power to slip from their grasps lest they all end up in jail and broke.
Obama is in this to the bitter and and he does not care how much he damages the country in the process. Go read the news stories from 1997-2000 to see how it's done
Narcissist don’t accept a reality different from their own view of themselves. Valerie Jarrett is as detached from reality as Obama and she is his most trusted advisor.
I truly believe his inner circle simply can’t understand why their glorious plan is not working. Like communism, it worked perfectly on paper, at their social events, in the classroom, and on the street. They all believed it had never been implemented by smart and enlightened people such as them. “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
This entire administration, especially Obama, has no clue how our Republic functions. Look at the frustration that leads to edicts from on high and the hyperbolic statements from the teleprompter. Obama was born to be a dictator. Anyone with delusions of grandeur can be a dictator. Being a successful American President takes a personality and inner core that is intertwined with our culture and constitution. Obama has never had that and you don’t gain it occupying the White House.
For the good of our nation, I would love to see him withdraw from the race but it is very unlikely. Like all rabid progressives, it’s never their ideas that won’t work.... it’s always the fault of others who stood in the way.
Point is, this guy is double-tripling down. He has shown ZERO indication he is even remotely wrong. He has taken ZERO responsibility for ANY of the nations problems. What on earth makes anyone possibly think he would step down? I would be less shocked if space aliens landed on the White House lawn with free energy and a real promise of world peace and the announcement of our admittance into a federation of friendly planets.
As I posted.....be prepared.

I agree he wont pull out because he is a meglamaniac . He isn’t as political astute as LBJ. It tells you one thing - he is the best reason why the Republicans are growing in ranks . I know hispanics will vote for the GOP candidate or stay home . He will only get the black vote . He will embarrassed the Democrats.

POSOTUS and TOTUS Interruptus?
Obama would take down his party and the country rather than ever admit he was wrong or that he is unpopular for any reason other than racism. Frankly, the Democrats have no one to replace him with (Hillary has lost all ambition) and the Republicans could beat Obama with just about anyone they nominate so I hope Barry hangs in there, blaming everyone else for his failures as he goes down in flames on election day. Of course what follows election day and until January 20th, 2013 may not be pretty but removing a cancer on the body politic never is.
