LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The woman sentenced less than 24 hours ago for assaulting a Jefferson County Public Schools bus driver wasn't scheduled to report to jail until Friday night, but Chesica White is already there.
She was jailed after reporting to the probation office.
When a Jefferson Circuit Court judge ordered White to spend 30 days in jail, he also told her she would be subject to random drug testing.

"Ms. White, it was apparent to almost everybody in the courtroom yesterday that you were higher than a kite," Judge McKay Chauvin said in court Friday morning. "So I asked probation to test you when you showed up."
But Chauvin said the test wasn't needed because White admitted to the probation office she had done cocaine, marijuana and Xanax.
On Thursday, the judge gave her a three-year sentence with five years probated, but told her she had to do 30 days on weekends at Metro Corrections and said she would be subject to random drug testing.
As part of a plea deal reached with White in May, 19 wanton endangerment charges, one for every child on the bus, were dropped.
White pleaded guilty to attacking bus driver Johnetta Anderson in March.
Anderson suffered a torn hamstring in the assault.

I did it once intentionally.
It put an end to the probation scam in a hurry. 60 days later I walked out of the jail free and clear, quit drinking on my own and haven’t been in a courtroom since.
My advice for anyone facing the jail or probation choice. Do the time because probation is a scam.
I think the judge has given her waaaayyyy too many breaks. If I was the judge I would have thrown the freaking book at her.
Same ones that go for Nyquill, Vagisil, Dayquil, La-Sha (Ladasha, the dash don’t be silent) and so on.
One of my relatives used to work in the maternity ward in Akron Ohio and said one woman fought hard to name her black child fecal,,the mother said she didnt know what it meant, but got the name off the side of a box in the emergency room.
Yeah but the usually wear robes
