How the hell did this get on Free Republic . . . and what the hell is he saying? None of it makes any sense!

Luckily I also had a high endurance, and took all the implants I could at the New Vegas Medical Center. It increased my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. nicely, but I noticed little improvement in my VATS.
