In a pinch, a Weiner machine might work as well, though it emits a tweet audible to barely post-adolescent women...

I’ve heard of police doing something like this in suburbs of Sydney where gearheads, motorheads, whatever, congregated. But it was Barry Manilow that they played over the loudspeakers.
To: Hunton Peck
Zero percent chance of effect.

I use to live in Hastings about 15 years ago. Things must have gone way down hill because I don’t remember a lot of vandalism/graffiti. Sad. Neat town at one time.

A series of Hillary’s speeches at high volume?

Just set up and endless loop of obama speeches, that’ll run anybody off...except obama, of course.

Another sadist! The idea is to make the kids leave, not warp them for life!

But it was Barry Manilow that they played over the loudspeakers. That would drive me away and I don't even know what a gearhead or motorhead is. I have heard that classical music has proven effective in discouraging teens from congregating without bothering most adults.

Lower rent there. I think the problems are fleeing the major cities if you know what I mean.
To: wideminded
Lawrence Welk would probably be most effective - with lots of Myron Florin accordion solos.
