And what does Romney have to do with this discussion? I thought we were talking about Sarah Palin. Those on here afflicted with MDS have to drag him into every discussion. But since you did at least Mitt finished the job, Sarah quit and if you don’t think that will be a issue with the non-Palinsta, independent voters, those pesky people who decide elections, you are sadly mistaken. 30 month as governor, a stint as mayor of a tiny Alaska town and a few years on an appointed board is not a great presidential resume’. Add to that her 37% approval/55% disapproval ratings among likely voters and she comes across as a candidate that only a zealot who didn’t care about winning could love and support. But as they say it’s a free country so have at it, just don’t try to make her out as the new Reagan/Thatcher/Churchill, it make you look like a fool and diminishes those great leaders.
You can defend Romney all you want by ignoring his failure and leaving his 48 months of government experience with a 34% approval and play down Governor Palin’s almost 20 years of successful, conservative, office holding and political efforts in our cause (13 years in elective office during those 20).
This Reagan in a dress is roughly tied with Mitt Romney as they fill the 1 and 2 top tiers as candidates, she does that without declaring, and with a hostile media.
All we conservatives have to accomplish is to win the primary and it looks like the top challenger that the anti-Palin crowd can offer, is Mitt Romney.
