Acetyl L Carnitine offers more benefits than L Carnitine does.
You can google “the difference between L-Carnitine and Acetyl L-Carnitine”
Magnesium also helps back pain. I take it also but no more than 250mg a day for myself. (the max is 400mg but it can give you diarrhea, so try 250mg a day to start with)

Then it should work on Fibromyalgia patients. Don’t know which is worst the Osteo A or the Fibro pain as I have both. The neuropathy is being controlled by the ortohotics in my shoes.
