Striking contrast in styles.

When given his usual offensive line impeccable protection Brady is extremely accurate and efficient pocket passer. When he is under pressure, as yesterday, Brady is rather ordinary, unable to scramble to extend the play, he folds on contact.

Roethlisberger has had to work with a sub-par offensive line for most of his career. He often takes a beating in games. Not as accurate a pure passer as Brady, Roethlisberger is more of a football player who happens to throw passes. Shaking off would-be tacklers and extending plays is his forte. Really, I'm not sure Ben could be as good as Brady if he had equal protection, but it's quite obvious that Brady is not as good as Ben when he doesn't have the protection.

Roethlisberger, IMO, is somewhat under rated generally, in part because he does not have the classic QB style like Tom, Peyton, Drew, and Phillip who many consider better than Ben.

Anybody who think that Cheeseburger is as good as Brady is literally delusional.

Imho, BR is the worst QB who has ever won a SB.

More likely that Brady would be flown by medical ambulance jet to a Los Angeles hospital for emergency cosmetic surgery.

LOL

I hate the Steelers with a passion, but that is an absurd statement. You could argue he’s the worst qb to win multiple Super Bowls. I think that’s between he and Jim Plunkett, but he’s certainly better than Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, Doug Williams or Jeff Hostetler and no worse than Jim McMahon, Mark Rypien or Eli Manning.

All Roethlisberger does is win.

Pouncey at center is a huge factor in the Steelers success, and I’m not just saying that because he’s a Gator.

I don’t know if it makes Ben a better QB, better clutch player maybe. But on actual QBing skills Brady is the man. Ben’s got solid B+ skills, plus the knowledge that he outweighs half the linebackers in the league which makes him hard to tackle. Part of that knowledge has him holding onto the ball way too long, look at that sack fumble Saturday, standing on his own goal line he pump fakes 3 times, good things rarely stem from 3 pump fakes.

I mean I wouldn’t trade him for Brady, Ben is the perfect QB for the Steelers, but as a pure QB Brady is better.
