I’ve made the Cooks.com “perfect” chocolate chip cookies. They are indeed good, and not that much more of a hassle than regular old Toll House (which was the baseline they worked from). Much more of a rich, “gourmet” cookie than something you’d serve to the kids, of course.

I use the Toll House recipe, but add some peanut butter to it. It keeps them nice and moist, but doesn't taste peanut-buttery at all.
