I apologize if this is lame and I've never voted for a show in my life but she has been recieving tea party support even though she is not the best dancer by consistently being in the top 3 in viewer votes every week.
You may not be a fan of the show or even Bristol but I firmly believe her continued success on the show demonstrates the power of the tea party.

I vote for Bristol because I want her baby to have that money she gets for being on the show. She needs to know that people can support her and appreciate her for just being her. I imagine she has lost a lot of self esteem going through all she has had to endure having her pregnancy blasted all over the world and then having the world know she was in love with a total idiot. I’ll vote for her...she’s as good as a football player or basketball player. She can’t match a professional entertainer but I admire her for trying to compete against that level of ability. She’ll get my vote until I can’t vote any longer.

If I was going to vote for personalities, I would pick Kurt Warner. He married a woman with a child who has a disability and is supposed to be the nicest guy ever.
You are overstating her performance and its affect on our lives. Voting for her won’t annoy me. What annoys me is when people think it’s some kind of huge victory for conservatives that a girl who is a bad dancer advances because there is a cultish presence among fans of Sarah Palin.
Bristol hooked up with a deadbeat, got pregnant, hooked up with him again to spite her family, gets off on courting entertainment press and can’t even be bothered to vote in an important Senate race her mother was involved in despite campaigning across the country about the importance of voting. I don’t admire this woman and I don’t admire people who wouldn’t give her the time of day if she wasn’t Sarah’s progeny. I put her in the same camp as Levi and Meagan McCain and Reagan’s two kids.
I am fair. I don’t hold the behavior of the cult around Sarah or her daughter against her but I’m tired of both.
This is about politics, not who you vote for on a reality show. And BTW if you are voting on progress Bristol’s Argentine Tango had much more progress than anyone out there.

It isn't whether you like Sarahcuda or snot. It's called free advertising on ABC Primetime because the same conservatives who never protested in their lives showed up for all the tea parties are flexing their muscle calling in to support Bristol despite her flaws. It proves our clout the media must recognize. Last time I looked the MSM never reports Conservative influence, this makes them. That said, Bristol Palin’s behavior is very trashy. I read a couple days ago that she was on the floor with her partner pretending to tear his shirt off.
Not a judgment, just a fact ma’am. The poster who started all this wanted us to “vote” for Bristol. I am urging people not to do so. My personal background is totally irrelevant to this. What’s important is that we speak the truth about her slutty behavior to voters who may not be aware of it.
