SEMPER FI!!! Send this out. I would like everyone to say a prayer for "Darkhorse" 3rd Battalion 5th Marines and their families. They are fighting it out in Afghanistan and they have lost 9 Marines in four days. They are the TRUE heroes of this great nation. Send it out PLEASE,... show your support (29 OCT 2010)

The 3/5 took over in Ramadi from the 2/5, my son’s battalion. We feel great brotherhood with the 3/5 guys. Please take time

I checked all the news sources and have not heard about losing so many. The taliban did, but who would ever use them as a source?

I am glad we all prayed because it was a nasty battle. Five marines who were wounded, kept fighting. So amazing.

We usually pray for our American Heroes every day under religion, if you would like to join us.

I got from a team mate that’s over there - first hand...but yes - I was trying to get more from the news sources and came across that one...yesterday the only thing you could hear about was [planes] coming in with packages - and the one being escorted in to JFK by F-15’s....

but you almost never hear about the boys fighting and loosing their lives - which is why I have a hatred for the media...
