They’ve taken the Hobbits to Slovenia!

Good point - at that point was probably more like a slashing only style short sword.

I love Cheetos. They are like Lembas, but without the leaves.

Way to go Aussie Union members!
Your tactics WORKED - instead of a piece of the $500M pie, you get SQUAT
ZERO
ZILCH
NADA
But you "won" nonetheless -
hint...do a google search of "Pyrrhic victory" before planning a similar battle next time, ok?

And my cleric responds with a stunning blow from his Agrazing Mace. It stuns but doesn’t kill.

The Lord of the Rings was the second highest selling book in the world after the Bible for the 20th century.
Not just nerds in the basement like these books. Even Oxford Dons read them. Heck, one even wrote them.

There are very picturesque areas in Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, etc. where the film can be made without hurting the look of the scenery. Stupid union thugs, bye, bye!

Look at the location where they filmed Prince Caspian. Beautiful scenery!
Too bad about NZ, that was also beautiful scenery in LOTR.
Shoot yourself in the other foot, unions!

You saw the other movies Jackson made on this subject,
wouldn’t you like to be able to integrate the shire in the new movies?
It is a tourist attraction there from what i am told.
BUT screw the unions.
Also New Zealand seems so beautiful.
There and Iceland are where I’ve not been and would like to.

Jackson filmed parts of “Lion, Witch & the Wardrobe” in Eastern Europe as well as New Zealand. He’s in a good position to compare the two.

I love CheetosThe LOTR fans must have gotten together and used their Official LOTR Mood Rings on me, because since I wrote that I've been hankering for Cheetos, damnit.

Jackson filmed parts of Lion, Witch & the Wardrobe in Eastern Europe as well as New Zealand. Peter Jackson wasn't involved with the Narnia movies.
