Cool! Thanks for the ping!
Is it time for another thread where people share their own ghost stories/experiences?
Thanks for the ping!
Was wondering if the ghosts had all disappeared.
“Is it time for another thread where people share their own ghost stories/experiences?”
That would be great...I’m a newbie to the ghost pings ;)
I went to a thread from last year, around Halloween, but there was only one personal ‘ghost’ story. I’d love to read more. I’m fascinated, but cautious. There’s a thin line between good and evil and they can be the flip side of the same coin.
But I will share this. My son’s fiance (30 years old) comes from a family that we have known for about 15 years now. One day I mentioned to her that I had watched an episode of Celebrity Ghost stories and told her how interested I had become in the subject. She told me she was very frightened to watch such programs and admitted to me that the home she grew up in, the one her parents still live in, has a resident ghost whom they acknowledge as Mr. Warner. He is the previous homeowner who died on the front porch. I think she was reluctant to admit it, embarrassed, and has only told me about a few occurrences, but apparently, though she was terrified all her life over it, her parents have a friendly rapport with him and blame him when things are constantly being moved, doors open and shut, things spin (like a pencil on the table) and once, she did tell me, when the family was gathered in the dining room for pizza, a slice lifted from the table and flew on to the floor. They just laugh and acknowledge ‘Mr. Warner’s’ antics when ‘he’ wants attention. Like I said, I just learned about this...so...of course I am anxious to learn more. If I can get them to tell me more, I’ll post ;)
