DWTS Week 4 airs tonight & will feature these celebrities:
Audrina Patridge & Tony Dovolani...Argentine Tango. She set the bar high during week 3 with her 'last dance with Tony' waltz, earning a season-topping 26 points.
Brandy & Maksim Chmerkovskiy...Rumba. No amount of 'I love Maks' tape across the mouth will make me love the singer & actress, whose bizarre & diva-esque behavior has taken the sizzle out of her step.
Bristol Palin & Mark Ballas...Rumba. Whether or not the teen activist can pull off a sultry, sexy Rumba is one of the most anticipated mysteries.
Her more voluptuous figure could lend itself nicely to a sizzlin' sling around the ballroom, but if she can't loosen up, no amount of curvy appeal can save her from the judges' punishing paddles or the glare of the red lights.
Florence Henderson & Corky Ballas, Rumba. Her week 3 Edelweis Waltz was sweet, but the thought of the actress taking on the dance of love is a little scary.
Jennifer Grey & Derek Hough...Argentine Tango. Can they really break through this week & earn a 9 or two? I think so.
Kurt Warner & Anna Trebunskaya...Rumba. One of Kurt's strengths in the ballroom is his natural elegance & grace.
Kyle Massey & Lacey Schwimmer...Rumba. Lacey's going to have to work some serious magic to create a believable routine.
'The Situation' Sorrentino & Karina Smirnoff... Argentine Tango. His natural stiffness has plagued him in the competition, but it may come in handy as long as he can maintain good posture & capture the essence of the dance.
Rick Fox & Cheryl Burke, Argentine Tango. The judges simply love the former Laker. Bruno, Carrie Ann & Len will give him good scores whether or not they're warranted.

Best of luck to Bristol. She’s been through quite a bit for a young lady of her age.
Yes she has. You can vote on your cell phone, then on your home phone, and also on-line. Last week I voted 50 times...:)
This is a talent contest, not a popularity contest. I will vote for whomever demonstrates the most talent.
Will you add me to your ping list? I find it each week, but I want to be certain I don’t miss a week... TIA
I’ve never watched DWTS. I will tonight.
Thanks for the reminder.
It's hard to tell who craves the limelight more: Meghan McCain or Bristol Palin?
*Ping
Sure thing! I thought you were on it...:)
To be fair, those who have been eliminated so far deserved to dropped based on their performances.
The Situation needs to go next. After that, it’s pretty wide open on who should go after that.
If Bristol would show some emotion and connect with the audience, she could stay around for a couple more weeks. If not, it would not be unfair if she is eliminated next week.
With Bristol being in the bottom two last week, you can be sure that she will get a lot of votes this week so she will not be eliminated tomorrow.
It’s a free country. Vote for whomever you wish. Those of us who watch the show realize that Bristol won’t win.
Based on what I’ve seen so far, Henderson and the Situation should go before Bristol. I’ll be voting for her tonight....
You’re welcome!
So who is watching the illegitimate kid while she prances about?
Sorry, I’ll not be supporting this type of activity.
I've been thinking the same thing.

“Hello, Levi. Look at your girl. Now back to me. Now back at your girl. Now back to me. Sadly, she isn’t me...”
Doc, clearly you need to brush up on exactly why you’re a Republican. You see, we Republicans tend to pick winners based on MERIT. Not based on pity or because of their last name. If we did THAT.... we’d be democrats.
But is she any good as a dancer?
Surely you’re not suggesting voting for her merely because her name is Palin?
Why, that would be... entitlement?
Yep, if she does well she should be able to hang on for another few weeks. But I’d think the tango would better fit her current reticence to really let it all out? Seems like a better dance for her at this point.
She won't win but you're voting for her anyway NOT based on the merit of her performance and encouraging others to do so. You do realize that this is a conservative site right?
Well? I really like her and everything... and hopped she would have been a better dancer, but I’m sad to say she really isn’t a good dancer. But I do commend her for her bravery! I know I couldn’t do it.
We like DWTS, and I think the voting has put the stars right where they should be based on dancing and off the floor personality (that is part of the show too).
Bristol has been near the bottom pretty much every week. She has a very slim chance of winning. But you never know, in past the stars really do improve their dancing during the season.
The one thing I do not like about this show is that there is too much of a focus on personality over talent. I do enjoy ballroom dancing, but never call in because I do not like that part. I would like it a lot better if the judges scores were the sole deciding factor.
say - who was watching her kid when she worked at the dermatologist's office?
You're just jealous of her good fortune. Lesse, dragged through the scandal sheets by the democraps. Now she trades her celebrity status in for a few 100K and a fresh start on life via ballroom dancing on a tv show....
The show is about entertainment and ratings. The best dancer does not always win. When Donnie Osmond won, he was clearly not the best dancer. Based on the dancing, he should havebeen fouth or fifth; but he was a great entertainer.
Britol may be a sweet girl, but a dancer? Not!
Then we'd have to depend on the judgement of Len & Bruno...
Choice of words? She got pregnant out of wedlock.
Would you prefer it were couched in gentle language?
The facts are the same.
Will you vote for her on some insipid irrelevant show based only on her name?
If so, YOUR credibility is in the toilet.
Pure Heathen Magic.
“This is a talent contest, not a popularity contest. I will vote for whomever demonstrates the most talent.”
I agree. Who she is doesn’t matter.
Thanks for the ping. As usual, I’m on the west coast, so it’s fun to get a preview with all of the impressions from you guys on EST.
In the meantime, I’ve already seen in previous weeks that you handle the naysayers quite well, Dr. S. Still, I can’t help but get a chuckle out of nanny thread police demanding justifications and explanations from other posters for what TV shows they watch, why they watch them, how they vote, etc. The irony is rich. :-)
Nicely put.
He's not suspended. You'll have a DOH moment when you figure it out...
This seems like one of the more unlikely threads to attract a bitter, intense troll attack, but I notice that they are here.
Thank you, I’m here!
hoosiermama? Are you here?
THIS IS OUR FUN THREAD. PLEASE JUST GO AWAY.
Thank you...:)
They can’t help themselves.
They lead such worthy lives...LOL.
>> Meghan McCain or Bristol Palin<<
I truly dont believe that is Bristols motivation. Shes just not the type. I think she sees a way to make a good life for her son and an opportunity to do things she would never have had before. DWTS is way out of her comfort zone and I think it gives her a chance to build character and the ability to gain self confidence. I say more power to her
Never have watched the program - never will watch the program. Waste of air time IMHO.
