How to clean out my pings

Can anyone tell me how to delete my pings? I just realized I have pages and pages of them going back to months ago.

Is there a way to jump back to your earliest pings without having to scroll back page by page?

You have to order a medium pepperoni and canteloupe-slice pizza and eat the whole thing.
Then, you must drink some ginger tea, light a lavender candle, sit in the lotus position and meditate.
Only then will you gain the secret information as to how to delete your pings.
Sometimes, you actually have to do this more than once.

To fix your pings, start with a higher octane gasoline. But I digress...... I have the anti-ping sensor plus octane sensor. You need to upgrade.
