This is a video that my son had to create for his Literature class. He is requesting view hits on it! Not sure why he needs them, but he posted this on his Facebook page. I know the subject has been viewed to death, but even if you do not view the whole video that would be great.
He actually did a really nice job on it!
If you all could give a hand and give him some hits, I would appreciate it!
Thank you Freerepublic!
I will thank you for him - he has no idea I’m posting it here. :)
That is always hard to watch. He did a nice job ~
Bump to view at home!
Nice....I would drop the word greed since most identify that with the US thanks to Hollywood.
He did a great job. I have a hard time watching that stuff, but I did.
I do understand finding it hard to view videos like this. When he presented it to his class the majority were nearly in tears.
He had to talk about war in the media and the public as a whole/ and whether we have lost touch on what we are doing at war and why we are still involved.
It helped to remind many of the kids in his class what our troops are fighting for. They were all very young when this happened. I think he got his point across!
I thank all of you for viewing it!
I hope he gets a lot of hits. It’s very moving. I’ll send it to everyone I know so they can remember.
Viewed and rated awesome.
187 hits registered today at 1:27 pm Arizona time, and the video does show that your son has his heart in the right place.
I hope this inspires many young Americans to serve in uniform. It is the most honorable and well-earned status anyone who is an American and able-bodied can earn.
Images of burning buildings, scared civilians, sorrowing warriors and ranks of boots and rifles evoke many emotions, but are they just emotion or are they worth becoming action?
My daughter has taken my place, what about you and yours?
Yes, I do hope to provoke someone to stand and be counted with the rest of us where metal meets flesh.
If I offend, so be it; they desire to kill us and destroy our nation.
Thank you son for a lot of us.
Very moving. Music was used very well. Tell him thanks for me, please.
I sent the link to some email contacts.
I don’t know if he’s already been graded. If not, have him proofread, as I saw some errors, e.g., capitalization where it should not be used and “it’s” for “its”.
He did a great job. I have a hard time watching that stuff.
Viewed. Cried. Bumped.
Very well done.
Lets get to another important point. I HOPE HE GETS AN “A”!
I just wanted to say thank you all very much for your comments and for helping his views go up.
He did receive an A for his project. He was very pleased with all the responses he received here and even for the criticisms. He knows he needs to work on his grammar, not his best subject! :)
I am also no help in that department, plus I didn’t get to see it until after he submitted it!
Big hugs to all!
