Geraldo Rivera has told Fox News honcho Roger Ailes he'll quit if Ailes hires Lou Dobbs, according to a well-placed source. Rivera, who has blasted the nativist Dobbs for his "slander" against Latinos, tells us, "I never threatened to quit." But he did let Ailes know he wouldn't welcome working with the man who has called him a "cowardly liar." Says Geraldo: "The last time I checked, no one here was talking to the a-." Still, Ailes is said to be considering Dobbs for the Fox Business Channel. "The trouble is Dobbs wants too much money like $8 million a year," says an insider. "But Dobbs doesn't have much leverage. Since he quit CNN, he can't go to CNBC." Hiring him at Fox Business is bound to irk that channel's Dobbs-phobes, John Stossel and Stuart Varney. But a rep for Ailes insists he isn't eyeing Dobbs for anything.

Please hire him now Roger!
Don’t let the door hit you in the ass, Whorealdo.
Or would that be “asso” depending on how hispanic you’re feeling?
Someone should tell Geraldo that Dobbs came out of the closet, and favors amnesty.
They should fire Whoraldo on the grounds of insubordination. The on air “talent” doesn’t get to veto hiring decisions.
Does he? Support amnesty?
Hey Rivers!
Hasta la vista...beotch!
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out, Jer.
Lose Geraldo?!
Lose Geraldo?!
Yeah, but whats the downside?
This guy is such a greasy slimeball.
Either works for me-what an a-hole he is.
Hire HIM!!!
I smell a win-win situation.
sw
Goes to show, never get too attached to these guys.
There is a lesson to be learned, definitely.
What great news...Buh bye Whorealdo!
U.S. military officials told CNN on Monday morning that Rivera violated the cardinal rule of war reporting by giving away crucial details of military plans during a Fox News Channel broadcast from Iraq, where the reporter was temporarily assigned to the Army's 101st Airborne Division.
Don’t let the Chair hit ya...
Mary Christmas!
