Reminds me of the good olde days of Scientific American.

A 2D world looks different from a 3D window. You have to have cubes to make tesseracts. 6D dogs don’t pee on 7D hydrants, but watch out for those 5D ones.

Neither of your posts answers (as near as I can tell) the question I asked.

Does this new information make it any more likely that we will have interstellar travel in our lifetimes?

Now how would I know that? ... If I could step out of planar present and into volumetric present (the way Jesus did leaving the rock tomb without rolling the stone away), what would 'interstellar' mean, anyway? You might as well ask if we will have extrastellar travel or nonastellar travel in our lifetime, I couldn't answer either of those to any satisfaction. I'm stuck here just like you. But there is something about you and me which is not stuck in this where/when, and God wants us to grow into that higher level of existence.

Agreed ... but a remedy from an earlier era: simply place some black tape over said display. Those in the trade of fixing that pesky flashing '12:00' recommend using "Scotch 33 brand" electrical tape to eliminate all future problems.

Nixie tube displays require an additional step, however. Sorry, a "trade secret" that. -:}}

That is a fascinating theory. And it does make sense. Going to be interesting to see where it goes from here.
