Anyone watching Neil Cavuto's show with Stuart Varney? In the first segment, Stuart just had on some guy from some policy group (the name of the guest and the group he represented escapes me, sorry!). Stuart brought up all the taxes that this Congress wants to pass on "the rich", including a so-called "war tax", the taxes in Pelosi/Obamacare and allowing the Bush tax cuts to expire and how these tax hikes are going to kill jobs. The guest didn't agree, believing these tax hikes are going to generate the revenue necessary to fund other programs but when he claimed that the Bush tax cuts were in large part responsible for the deficit, I couldn't believe it.
Where do these liberals get the idea that tax cuts cost us while tax hikes don't? Stuart tried to tell the guy that it was Congress' overspending that caused the deficit but the guest wasn't buying it, sticking to his view that the Bush tax cuts caused much of the deficit.
Anyway, Stuart's guest claimed that much of the deficit was caused in large part by the Bush tax cuts. Where do they get this stuff?
I saw it. Stuart Varney ROCKS! I had my fist in the air. This guy tried to blame Bush for everything and Varney interrupted him every time he spewed another bogus b.s. line. Varney blew him away with the facts and then told him he liked his big smile. LOL!!!!!

No shite! I had to step away from the TV lest I punched him out 'vicariously'.

Varney yelled “Stop the spending!!!” Varney discussed the new proposed war tax. He told the guy he is from the UK where taxes are high on the rich and he asked him if he is willing to pay half his income to the govt. in taxes. The guy said he wants to pay his fair share. Varney asked him again if he wants to pay half of what he makes in taxes. The guy would not answer. Varney told him the rich will behave differently if the govt. wants to take 50% of what they make. They will either leave the country, try to avoid paying taxes, shut down their business or go to another country. They will not be hiring and it will not be worth it to run a business.

Thanks. I didn’t really pay attention to where that guy came from but when he started off, claiming that tax hikes wouldn’t hurt the economy, I knew it had to be some liberal outfit he represented.
If anyone noticed the argument with Ed B......it is a PERFECT example of how liberals argue. It was ALL ‘emotionally based’ and NO substance. I thought he was going to blow a gasket! LOL! What a maroon!
I had husband turn it off. I couldn’t stand it any longer. Where is Neil anyways?

Stuart is always good, but he was great today! And the rest of his guests were terrific!
