Does Taitz read Free Republic? looks like she is using my argument, but it is in the wrong court. You can’t ask for discovery in a civil suit to get evidence of a criminal act.

Just on a technical point, if the motion posted at Scribd is what was filed AS it was filed, it will probably be rejected because it’s all single space. They will allow her to refile, I suppose.
But there does come a point that everything that goes against your case isn’t bias. It reads as if Dr. Taitz is just begging for another sanction. Sometimes one just has to back off. That isn’t to say she shouldn’t have filed a reconsideration motion, but could have used a scalpel instead of a sledgehammer.

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
So let’s get behind this great little Russian refugee and great American patriot.

As a legal filing in a federal court, it is a piece of $hit. She needs help. A lot of help.
Just read the motion for reconsideration and have the following observations/questions:
1. She did a credible job pointing out all of the judges mistakes. I am not qualified to know if her points of law were all correct but she wrote it well enough for me to follow it and relate it to the judge’s document. Lost count of the number of times she told the judge he messed up on a point of law or judgement.
2. Yep, she does use a sledgehammer but I find it somewhat refreshing if not entirely politic on her part. She certainly knows how to call a spade an f’ing shovel.
3. Anyone have an opinion as to her contention that “a quo warranto MAY BE issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia...” etc. “The word “may” does not mean exclusive jurisdiction” and that she was right that a quo warranto could be pursued in Carter’s court?
4. Palin is referred to as a barracuda (sarahcuda) based on her determination so I think Orly can best be characterized as a pit bull. She’s chomped onto O’s carcass and can’t be pried off with a crow bar much less a gavel. (No catchy name results from a combination of Orly and pit bull which is too bad.)

I feel the same about her. She needs our support as well as the support of other Lawyers. I am married to a Lawyer for 39 years now and I have worked in his office for 23 years. She has brought his inelgibility to world wide attention.
She has forced him to spend millions on defense lawyers.

Yes, what you say is very true. At least she has been a royal pain in his butt. I’m still amazed however, that this is NOT an issue that the Courts would find of utmost importance. I mean, after all, what is the Oath they swear to: To Uphold the Constitution of the United States. Seems to me THAT is their mandate and yet they refuse to do so. CO

Judge Carter was the brave stalwart marine primed to save the day. Then he made a competent legal ruling consistent with obvious precedent, as he's supposed to, and he's the scum of the earth. That alone tells one all they need to know about the quality of thought behind this stuff.

It was quite predictable how quickly Judge Carter became persona non grata among people who sincerely believed he would bypass the rule of law, the Constitution, and single-handedly remove Obama from office.
