On the scale of things, I'd rank Afghanistan and The Economy more imporant, then Concert Night, then Date Night, and then healthcare costs (let's see EVERYONE pay the same price at the doctor, regardless of whether Medicare/Medicade, private insurance, or consumer is paying out of pocket, consumer pays the HIGHEST price to offset the discounts dictated by the State for Medic... and negotiated by private insurance), and then elections, and then the myth of man made global warming.
