A German plastic surgeon has told how he built himself the perfect wife after wedding a "dowdy" woman "for her potential".
Reza Vossough sculpted his 33-year-old bride Cany with eight surgeries to change her chest, thighs, eyes and face, The Sun newspaper reports.

"It's almost like being God — you have the ability to change nature," the newspaper quoted him as saying.
"When I first met Cany, she had physical deficiencies, but I could see there was something there ... she had big hips and big thighs, so we made corrections, then did a little bit more."
The 48-year-old spent five years pumping 600 grams of silicone into his wife's body, changing her breasts from a size A cup to a size F.
Cany, a former waitress who is now a model, also had her lips enhanced, her eyebrows lifted and forehead ironed.
She had nip-and-tuck operations on her stomach, bottom and thighs.
Mr Vossough told German news website BILD.de that he thinks a woman should be "like a jewel that enhances the man".
He said when he was operating on his wife her face was covered so she was as anonymous as any other patient.
Cany said she was thrilled with her new body.
"When your husband is a plastic surgeon, then the scalpel is your friend," she told The Sun.
The scalpel may be your 'best friend' if you want your perfect wife. /sarc

There was a TV show some years ago about a woman married to a plastic surgeon. She kept requesting beauty enhancing-surgery and he kept giving it to her, until one day he thought with her new beauty she would leave him for another man, and grew jealous of her, and so he disfigured her.
Dowdy??? Looking at the first pic, the first thing I noticed were her stunning eyes. And then her great bone structure. That’s what he calls dowdy?? Geez.
I think he should have left well enough alone.
I think the before woman is very pretty. The after woman - well just huge breasts... guess that must be enough.

The Iranian plastic surgeons are known for their excellent work...especially nose jobs. (I’m not kidding!)
The TV show was from the 1970s and I’ll wager it was an adaptation of a Sidney Sheldon story.

It’s hard to tell if there’s really that much of a change. It just looks like the difference between wearing little makeup vs. full skank mode face plaster.
Just last week, I saw a woman in the checkout line at the grocery store that looked like that picture. It was hideous! I mean the woman looked like a freakshow display with the superwide mouth and puffy lips... gross.

I didn’t think she was “doudy” to begin with! Now she looks like a caricature.

Have you seen Priscilla Presley lately? She’s nearly mutilated herself just as bad.
Just my not-so-humble-opinion, but I think the “before” is MUCH more attractive.
The “after” is just sluttier (not always a *bad* thing) but not better.
The joke was that he had married two girls that were beauties but had no personalities.
For the third, he married a great personality and re-built her.
He did her nose, breasts, ears, etc. etc.
She had that same fixed stare and smile that Barbie does.
