My Wife is having Surgery Today (prayers please)

Today my wife is having surgery on her neck. The procedure is called an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF). It is a surgical procedure performed to remove a degenerative disc in her neck. She has been living with an excruciating pinched nerve for almost two years. About three Months ago I had posted an inquiry a question for some information on the shots in her neck that they tried. This morning they are performing the procedure. Actually they will be starting in about 15 min. I am in Sacramento at U. C. Davis medical center and her surgeon is a Dr. Kim and he is the best neurosurgeon they have.

I am basically asking for all my Freeper brothers and sisters to pray for the surgeons hands to be precise and the procedure to be successful. They say it is a three hour operation and then about an hour recovery time. The Dr. said she will probably be able to go home tomorrow even. So please keep her in your prayers.

My son had similar surgery in 2005 (steel plate and cadaver bone put in) after a rollover (rolled 5 times) vehicle accident. Wearing his seatbelt or likely would not have survived. He had good recovery.

Prayers up; thank God she’s having the surgery before Zero’s MengeleCare.

Both my wife and I said basically the same thing, because in a few years they would be telling her that she does not need it. Especially considering my wife is already a paraplegic from a car accident we were in 22 years ago. So by Obama's definition she will just be a drain on the system.
