A Beverly Hills judge extended Lindsay Lohan's probation for a year after she was ordered back to court.
The troubled 23 year-old actress had been placed on probation after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of drunken driving and one count of reckless driving.
As a result of the 2007 convictions, she was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education program, serve 24 hours in jail and perform 10 days of community service while on 36 months probation.
The former child star of Disney movies spent 84 minutes in jail over the charges. Lohan was ordered back to court on Friday after a probation report found she failed to comply to attend alcohol counselling. The court was told she had failed to attend the required treatment because she had been busy with work.
As a result her three-year probation was extended by another year, Los Angeles Superior Court was told. Dressed in a white jacket and black trousers, she showed little emotion as Judge Marsha Revel warned her she would be sent to jail unless she immediately attended. "This is the last time we are going to be talking about re-enrolling and doing what you need to do,” she told the actress, who starred in “Mean Girls” and “The Parent Trap”.

Eh, she won’t go and she won’t serve a second. To bad, she needs someone to wake her up. That girl has serious issues. If she lives to be 30 I’ll be surprised.
Her parents must be the worst parents on the face of the earth. Having said that, she’s a grown woman now and responsible for her action. Hollywood really twists people. They live in a fantasy world. I just hope she wakes up before it’s to late.
