Did you know the Kennedys have been major players in the oil business and continue to receive numerous properties. In part this is because they have actively tried to shroud their involvement from public view. But it is also due to the fact that liberal public interest groups that monitor the oil industry have avoided bringing attention to them.
The Kennedys own two oil companies that were drilling for oil in four American states.
The oil entry began in 1950 when Joe Kennedy bought Artic Oil, a company that drilled primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. He then bought two Kenoil, in Delaware in 1961, and Mokeen four days later.
The Kennedys made several million when the Kennedy oil companies struck a large deposit in the McAllen Field in Hidalgo County, Texas and another in Louisiana. So they acquired mineral rights to hundreds of properties throughout the south, in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. As was often the case, the landowners were poor farmers and rural folk who didn’t know what “mineral rights” were. The Kennedys bought these rights for pennies on the dollar and acquired the right to drill on the land forever....
This book is an eye opener on the left and their hypocrisy.
