It’s all good. Barry assumed office the night he was elected and did not wait to be sworn in, so he stutter-jumps ahead on everything. It is the ants-in-the-pants-everything-is-a-crisis mentality that allows a time warp jump from fleeting thought to heaping accolades without any effort being expended in between. This is better than a perpetual motion machine, cold fusion, or the car that runs on water.
