If I may be so bold and suggest Freeping for Brad Blauser, a man who is doing amazing things in Iraq. He started a program to get wheelchairs to disabled children in Iraq and he will donate the winnings to providing more wheelchairs.

Here is his website:

Any other FReepers care to chime in? I don’t care for CNN ...nor do I trust the that the people they would consider would be approved by our board of freepers.

Is there a reward for the winner or something. All are worthy causes and it seems a little sick to make them compete like that, IMO.

I can vouch for Brad. Pinging Allegra, I’m sure she has seen him around the dust bowl there.

I’ve not heard of any of these people before. But, if people here suggest voting for Brad, then Brad it is.

“why are few white?”

Why does the color of a person’s skin matter?

Ditto Kirkwood.
I didn’t even pay attention, frankly, who cares if they were all green, most seem to be great people (I didn’t watch all the videos). Great INDIVIDUALS doing great things.

I voted for Jorge. I lived in NY for awhile and I know how tough his chosen charity is.
