How did Luke & Leia turn out so go with a mother like that?? They were adopted...she didn't live long enough to indoctrinate them with her stupid left wing views.
Best cosmic justice would be that lefties can't repopulate until and unless they become conservatives...

Yes, cutting back is so much fun!! It’s like roughing it in the wild, except you only get to go shopping on Rodeo Drive four times a week instead of the usual six.

The lights are on but nobody is home.
The ancients looked at actors as the scum of soceity. Maybe they knew something that we don’t.

She had to buy a 5,000 sq ft mountain getaway instead of the 7,000 sq ft one she wanted. Times are tough.

Oh, yeah, I always thought it was exciting that people were out of a job and would soon be thrown out of their houses and have a hard time finding enough food to feed themselves and their family, doesn't everyone?/SAR
How damn stupid can you get?

Wonder how exciting shed think it was if she lost everything? When it comes to Natalie Portman and the rest of her Hollywood elite buddies, there are only three words that suffice. They are: can't fix stupid!

She’ll be peeing down her leg when the depression comes.
To: keepitreal
I know! And I'll go hop in my car and head up to L.A. to drop in a recording studio when the layoffs hit and I get my cardboard box.
Portman's line of reasoning is out and out ludicrous.

Exciting? That's like saying being homeless is fun like camping.
Does she not realize that there are families out there who have fallen on very hard times, people losing jobs, draining their savings, etc??
Charities have been especially hard hit. :(

I’d say she’s typical of many on the left. They find the recession gratifying because it feels like just comeuppance for our greedy ways. They like to see arrogant Americans chastened and in doubt. The recession is all upside to them. The only bummer is that it could hurt Obama politically.
To: Niuhuru
I think I know what she means, but am doubtful she knows what she means. Consider——she went to Harvard.

Natalie does seem to find the most inapproriate things to get "excited" about...

Miss Portman,
