It's the newest craze sweeping through Hollywood -- celebrities with Swine Flu!!!! And now two new members are on the infectious bandwagon!
CNN's chief medical expert Dr. Sanjay Gupta just got over his bout with the Swine Flu -- and Marilyn Manson just announced that he's got S.F. right now!
"Harry Potter's" Rupert Grint had it ... "The Early Show's" Harry Smith thinks he has it ... and Lisa Rinna claims her entire family got down with the sickness. It's a full blown trend!
According to Manson, he didn't contract it by "f**king a pig" -- we're guessing Gupta didn't either.

Well, here’s hoping that people in Hollywood think dying from it is the new trendy fad. We’ll have half of Hollywood offed and we’ll be free from their idiocy.
For the record, he can just keep San Francisco!

Hollywood artists often have to be shake hands with their fans in public, or simply sign memorabilia. So I do think they’re running high risk to get swine flu.
Damn, I don't remember anyone ever accusing him of that!

Swine Flu??? More likely they have STD’s but we’ll never hear them brag about THAT.....and that’s really fine by me.
