P.S. At bottom of article, there is a footnote that Dr. Fukino and Mr. Obama have common interests dating back to 2004. I read an article last night on that, but cannot locate the link.

Any officer of the court (such as the current Republican Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark Bennett or a District Attorney) can seek a subpoena for Obama’s original birth certificate but none have.
From the confidentiality of vital records statute under Hawaiian law: HRS 338-18(b): “The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:
(9)A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;”

The Attorney General of HI was the one who fought vigorously in a “heated” debate for 30 minutes against Andy Martin at Martin’s court hearing in 11/2008 to insure that ALL of Obama’s records remain hidden. While Gov. Lingle and the Attorney General are BOTH Republicans, it DOES NOT matter.

There is something SERIOUSLY incriminating in BO’s vital records and if the State of HI reveals it, they will be chastised by the RIGHT for concealing it and, conversely, if they do release it, they will be accused MERCILESSLY by the Main Stream Media and the millions of BO supporters who will claim that this is a racist movement and that his personal privacy was invaded by unruly extremists !

It’s a ‘no win’ situation for the State of HI, but they have not chosen to come clean, so they deserve all of the pressure they receive in the weeks ahead !

Referring to your comment about obtaining a subpoena, could the registrant (Obama) object to the issuance of a subpoena ? Something tells me it is not as easy as having and ‘officer of the court’ obtaining a subpoena and simply walking it down to the Health Dept.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we soon (REAL soon) find full-time armed guards at the Health Dept. at the behest of Washington.

Also, can Dr. Fukino be questioned (and possibly dismissed from her position) due to having a “conflict of interest” in light of her communications with the registrant (Obama). If the Office Of Information had the courage to examine ALL of her communications with Washington D.C. and the Attorney General of HI, I’ll bet there is some VERY embarrassing and incriminating information exchanges going on ! Personally, I would love to see both Okubo and Fukino arrested ‘next week’ !

But if the Office Of Information drags its feet on all the existing (and forthcoming) requests due to Leo’s investigative research, how can they be exposed ?

Evidently the State of Hawaii is involved in big time corruption involving the issuance of illegitimate birth certificates to foreigners, mostly Asians, as a means of getting federal welfare money.

Evidently they regularly, as a matter of course, issued “American” passports to just about anyone who applied for one.

I think that, aside from the obvious embarrassment of revealing that Obama is a fake, they are worried about all those other fake BCs.
