Other than the fact it came on after something else I have had on the TV for background noise I have never watched oprah or the view. I have no interest whatsoever.

There are a few shows I actually enjoy watching, but if I miss any, it’s no big deal.

Radio reception in my house is rather poor and so if I’m doing cleaning or cooking I will turn the TV on just for background noise...........and noise is what it generally is because I don’t have cable and so just have the broadcast stations which cater to the lowest common denominator during the day. The first time hubby came home and found me sitting at the table in the front room with the TV on Jerry Springer I thought he was going to have a stroke. That show is so awful and so pathetic that all I do is roar laughing. To me it’s comedy.

I was only sitting there because I was taking a break waiting for a timer to go and that’s what had come on.

It is funny, in a VERY sick sort of way :)

And then she would turn and call Jane a Bitch.

And here, all this time, I always thought Jane was just an ignorant slut. I forgot she was also a bitch :^)

it may be just about the sickest thing i have ever heard! i don’t care how much of any mind-altering substance you have had, she admits to having a realization of it DURING the first supposed act, and went on with it for 10 years! what is the basis for it? of course you love your family, you don’t SCREW Them to demonstrate it. it’s not like either of them could not find a DIFF sexual partner. so WHAT drives this then>?????

Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!

here, these people come at least once a year so it wouldn’t incite such interest but i imagine they are oddities there and so yeah, you’d think the local journalists would capitalize on it for their... “craft”.

stopped at the safeway on the way home to pick up some scrips, and they had free samples bc our safeway remodeled and just reopened and they are still “celebrating” that. crab dip, steamed spiced shrimp, clam chowder [fish theme today, i don’t know?] xsfrosh and i came home with some of this stuff since we were HUNGRY when we were in there. i got a salmon fillet to make for dinner and shrimp was 5.99/lb that i got to make for them. i don’t know how many points are in the crab dip but i got sucked into that one too!

Just came back from the Super Panda (perhaps the only Chinese buffet in the world that features pierogies). My fortune said:

“If you promise someone something, keep it.”

Is it just me, or is that ambiguous?

“If you promise someone something, keep it.”

I say If you promise someone something, give it to them.
