What he was saying about Africa I think was exactly correct. He was saying that the problems in Africa are not all about colionalism or coming from outside influence ... the problems come from factionalism and infighting just like any place else (the examples he gave was Bosnia and inner city places like Los Angeles).

I think he was making a point about human nature in general in that instance.

I think it’s Obama—has his characteristic verbal tics. Typical Obama opinions in that if you have a positive view of him, it comes across as typical liberal boilerplate, reciting shopworn cliches...if you distrust Obama, they sound ominous and prejudiced against white Americans.
